The short version
When you visit our website, we collect basic browsing data. When you become a client and use the ilixr Portal, we collect what’s needed to plan and execute your culinary experience. We use Stripe for payments and never store your credit card details on our systems. We share what’s necessary with venue partners and event collaborators to make your event happen. We don’t sell your data.
BY USING THE ILIXR PORTAL, OUR WEBSITE, OR CONTRACTING WITH US FOR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION, USE, DISCLOSURE, RETENTION, AND DESTRUCTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
Who is collecting your data?
ilixr Creative LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the website at www.ilixrcreative.com (including all subdomains), the ilixr Portal (our client platform for managing bookings, proposals, and invoices), and our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to all of these and governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data regardless of how you interact with us.
What we collect
We collect information that identifies you (“Personal Data”), depending on how you interact with us. A visitor browsing our website and a client using the Portal are different relationships, and we collect accordingly.
Information collected automatically when you visit the website or use the Portal:
Your IP address, browser type, and version
Pages viewed, time spent on the Site, and how you arrived
Data collected through cookies or similar technologies (see the Cookies section below)
Basic, anonymized analytics data about how the Site and Portal are used
Information you provide when you inquire about or book our services:
Your name, email address, phone number, and event or mailing address
Content of your interactions with us, including inquiries, emails, texts, and messages through social platforms, the website, or the Portal
Information collected through the Portal as a client:
Dietary restrictions, allergies, guest counts, event dates, and venue preferences
Personal details you choose to share, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or occasions that help us personalize your experience
Records of proposals, invoices, booking confirmations, and correspondence
Information from third parties:
If you interact with us through social media, those platforms may provide us with information consistent with their own privacy policies
We may receive information from analytics, lead generation, or marketing services, including your name, email address, device identifiers, demographic information (such as age, gender, and general location), and preferences or purchasing tendencies
Much of the automatically collected data doesn’t identify you personally. If we associate it with your Personal Data, we treat the combined data as Personal Data.
What we don’t collect
We do not store payment methods, credit card numbers, or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your financial information lives with them, not with us. You can manage your payment methods directly through the Stripe Customer Portal.
We do not intentionally collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If you believe a minor has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will delete it.
How we use your information
We use what you share with us to:
Operate and improve the website and Portal
Respond to inquiries submitted through the website or social media
Plan, coordinate, and execute your event
Send you booking confirmations, invoices, scheduling notices, and relevant updates
Remember your preferences for future events so you don’t have to repeat yourself
Understand how visitors use the website so we can make it more useful
Maintain our own records for billing, delivery, and legal compliance
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
We won’t use your information to send marketing or promotional messages unless you’ve opted in. We won’t sell it.
Who we share it with
Running a private culinary experience involves coordination. We may share relevant details in the following circumstances:
Venue partners and event collaborators. When we’re working at a specific venue or coordinating with florists, rental companies, or other vendors for your event, we share what they need to do their part. This is typically your name, event date, and logistics details. If allergy information needs to reach a venue kitchen for safety, we share that too.
Service providers. We work with third parties who help us operate, including:
Stripe, for payment processing (governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy)•
Supabase, which hosts our database and stores your data on our behalf
Email service providers, for transactional communications like booking confirmations and invoices
Analytics providers, for basic usage data (no personal data is shared with advertising networks)
Social media. If you interact with us on Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms, your information may be shared consistent with those platforms’ privacy policies and your own settings on them.
Legal and corporate purposes. We may disclose your data if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets. In such a case, your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity.
We don’t share your dietary restrictions, health information, or personal occasion details with anyone beyond the ilixr team unless it’s directly necessary for your event.
Who can access your data
Your information is accessible to all relevant staff or contractors involved in your experience. Access is limited to what’s needed for their role.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as it serves the relationship. Many of our clients come back for multiple events over years, and keeping your preferences, past menus, and event history lets us build on what we’ve learned rather than starting over.
If you’d like us to delete your data, ask. We’ll remove it within 30 days, with the exception of records we’re legally required to retain (such as tax related invoice records). Even after deletion, your data may persist on backup or archival media for a limited additional period.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to secure your Personal Data. Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to the Portal is restricted to authorized team members using strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the fundamentals seriously: limited access, encrypted connections, and careful handling of sensitive information.
Your rights
Regardless of where you’re located, you can:
See your data. Request a copy of what we have on file.
Correct it. Let us know if something is wrong or outdated.
Delete it. Request removal of your information. We’ll honor it within 30 days.
Withdraw consent. You can withdraw consent to processing at any time by contacting us. This won’t affect the lawfulness of any processing that happened before your withdrawal.
Opt out of communications. Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link at the bottom of our messages, or by contacting us directly.
If you’re in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and the right to restrict processing. If you’re in California, CCPA provides similar protections. We comply with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction. If you choose to limit our use of your Personal Data, some features of the Site or Portal may not be available to you.

Third party sites
This policy covers the ilixr Creative website, the ilixr Portal, and ilixr Creative’s services. It does not cover websites or services operated by others, even if we link to them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third party site you visit.
